1. Overview
Transformer air cooler control cabinet is a newly-developed and improved transformer cooling control device. The device uses module hardware structure instead of traditional hardware structure and is controlled by high reliable PLC to realize the optimal control to the whole cooling system, save energy and prolong the radiator service life.
2. Working condition
Operating temperature: -40℃~50℃
Relative humidity: less than 90% (no condensation)
Max. wind velocity: ≤35m/s
Installation site should have no violent vibration and impact with its vertical gradient no more than 5 degrees, and also, it should be free from corrosion metallic and power devastating gas and steam.
Controllable cooler numbers: 2-10 sets, fan numbers: 2.30sets
Operating circuit power: two way AC380V three-phase four-wire power
Control power: DC110V+10% or 220V+10% or AC+10% \
IP Grade: IP55
Installation method: outdoor wall-mounting type or floor type
Application scope: applicable to 35KV, 110KV, 220KV, 330KV, 500KV, 750KV,1000KV oil immersed transformer in power plant, power supply system, iron, steel, petroleum and chemical industry.
